These are round candies that you can find anywhere in stores, but they are wrapped in a bit of colored streamer paper and tied off with little bows -- it gives a soft and uniformity to your candy, easy and pretty! I love the oncewed.com site -- beautiful ideas, and step by step tutorials for almost all of them!

These cute tissue paper pom poms are a Martha Stewart creation, they add cute whimsy to any party, and can even be lighted for an outdoor event. The site above has a step by step tutorial on how to make these and a video on how to light them. Love it!

Great tissue paper flowers that can top boxes, or fill vases, or hang on railings -- tissue paper is so cheap and easy to find! The site above gives a step by step tutorial on how to succeed in making your own tissue paper flowers, have fun!

The gorgeous large poms are visible to all the party guest when sitting on a cool wooden post, and i like that they are up high enough that when the guest are sitting at the table they can still see each other -- it's a perfect center piece that doesn't get in the way!

And -- Although i know these are not made up of tissue paper, i think you probably could get the same effect when using tissue paper instead of dyed coffee filter papers -- they look so delicate and beautiful, they are definitely worth the work to make.
